RSPS Reached out to me, after placing my Ad, I had some Issues with Another company who carried out work in my Flat, and needed basically a Wall to cover up the Gap on the shower Tray, to Prevent potential water damage, RSPS Suggested a better course of Action, and I was happy with what was Suggested. Communication was Excellent, Timing again was Excellent, Ryan came out took Measurements, Sourced out the same Tiling I have, and the Work was Completed the next Day. I will Definitely be using them again, I Highly Recommend Ryan and his Team.
Our existing shower had sprung a leak and we had to break through the tiles to stop the leak. The existing tiles were no longer available so it required a complete refit to the shower enclosure. We were having difficulty securing the services of bathroom fitters to carry out the work as it wasn’t a full refit, but we got a call from Ashley at RSPS and we explained the situation to her and she couldn’t have been more helpful! The RSPS squad carried out the work, were very good, cleaned up all the rubbish and were very pleasant. I would certainly recommend them.
Ryan replied to job request within an hour of submission to check a trade. We agreed a call out time and charge. Gerry attended on time as agreed, with notification that he was on his way to us. He took about an hour looking at the job and explaining our options. He took videos which I thought was great so that if it wasn’t him coming back then his colleague would know exactly what was required. Received quote later that day, in writing, with options. Job completed to a high standard. Such a great experience after having been let down by others
Ryan and Jerry helped with a drain issue underneath the toilet. They give me friendly professional advice. The job was done and resolved. They gave very detailed invoices of every step of the work. There prices are good! I even got showed the camera they use where the problem was. They are a very very trustworthy company who I would highly recommend. If I could give more than five stars I would. Such an excellent company!
I was looking for a new radiator fitting in a spot where there previously had been one and the stopcock locating (a fun mystery!). I had a really helpful chat with Ryan and Gerry came out in just a few days. He measured up and provided a great radiator well fitted. Gerry has narrowed down where the relevant pipework is and Ryan has sent through a plan for fitting a stopcock. Really recommend RSPS – their communication, work and pricing is all excellent. RSPS were totally professional, turned up at 8 on first day, covered the 2 floors, steps, and entrance in heavy duty plastic, not forgetting the apartment. Took a week, workmen were great and tidied up everyday. Great work ethics, and all rubbish taken away on the last day. Great work! Would highly recommend.
Got in touch quickly after I posted the job on checkatrade. They were friendly and helpful & gave a reasonable quote for supplying and fitting replacement taps for our bathroom. Ryan prioritised both the quotation and the installation of a replacement boiler when my dad’s heating system failed. The new boiler, located in the garage, required associated builders’ work and a modification to an existing window. The installation — including the pipework and associated alterations — was carried out neatly and to a high standard. A couple of minor post‑installation issues were resolved promptly on the same day. Two months on, the boiler is operating reliably. Overall, very good service and workmanship.

I contacted RSPS just after 7am this morning as my overflow pipe had perished and there was water dripping from a pipe under the sink. I have been trying to fix it since last Thursday!! I got a reply with a request to send a photo or quick video which i did. By 7.30am I had confirmation that a plumber would attend later in the morning and the total cost to supply and install. Plumber arrived by 11.30am, fixed pipe problem and tidied up. A very pleasant experience.

On the day a great job from Craig R. I received a text to say that he was going to earlier than expected which allowed me to reschedule one of my own appointments. The work was carried out as requested and the bathroom was left spotless. i would highly recommend this firm based on my experience
Ryan of RSPS arranged for Craig to do our job very promptly. In fact he notified us that they were able to arrive a couple of hours earlier than first thought. Craig was very pleasant. RSPS plumber was out to fix the issue the next day after sending a short video of my issue. Gerry was out at our home first thing in the morning, showing me the issue and gave me confidence I would use RSPS again when we go to remodel the bathroom.
The plumber (Craig) arrived promptly and quickly completed the job,and tested for leaks. another fault had appeared which he sorted. We had a pleasant discussion about a further job that became obvious but not urgent. Craig is arranging a quote for this.
Ryan responded in a very short time, after a video of the area he quoted a very reasonable price and more importantly gaurenteed the call to make repairs, true to his word and Craig from his company called me at work, to clarify everything needing done. Got home to find everything fixed just a great service.
Spoke to Ryan on the phone, who booked us in for a 2 hour slot with Craig the next day. Craig identified all issues, both with the boiler itself and with a tap that wasn’t running properly and a blocked pipe in the rear of the property. Tap was fixed on the spot, will be coming back to RSPS for the boiler repairs and organising a pipe cleaning service based on their recommendation. Great work, can definitely recommend.
I originally contacted RSPC for an emergency job that they weren’t able to help with, they were so helpful and courteous that when another job came up I immediately thought of them. I wasn’t disappointed. Communication was great, the work was carried out as promised with very little mess.
Ryan booked me in for a repair on the same day I contacted them, and Gerry arrived right on time and did an efficient and thorough job. He was knowledgeable and professional. He also didn’t mind me asking for advice and a quote on another issue while he was here. Really appreciated such great service and will be going back to them with any future work.
